I'm going to have to disagree with many here. I think Lil' Wayne is one of the most talented rappers working today. His only competition out of mainstream rappers comes from the old guard - Nas and the un-retired Jay-Z.
I don't pay enough attention to current rap to name the worst offenders. I don't listen to hip-hop radio or watch it on the t.v.

Haha wow... you guys don't really have any respect for the rap world, do you? Yeah, I'll admit Chingy is definitely a pointless rapper - but Weezy really has a ton of talent. His freestyles and mixtapes are amazing. The lines he comes up with off the top of his head are genius. If you hate on that, then tell me...can you or the average person do it? Probably not.

Soulja Boy. I wish he would just go away. Horrible lyrics, I really hate the dance rap thing. It's ok for two or three tracks on an album but the a entire album of the the same stuff is a pain.
