How do you categorize your music? - CRAZY-HORSE - 14-12-2016
mine used to be all alphabetical, and with the artists I have multiples of they were in chronological release order.
a few years ago I adopted MH's system of mixing them all up and playing them from the first one through to the last one, that way I get to hear them all,
not just the ones I enjoy the most, I figure that if I spent the money buying them they deserve as much air time as my favourites.
we've just moved house and I intend putting up shelves to put them on, this time I will revert back to the alphabetical system for a change...
BTW, I will need approximately 39 lineal meters of shelving to stack them side by side, and that doesn't count the bulky boxsets and the double sized double disc sets....
I will then start playing them alphabetically all over again.
