I guess I will have to stream Gray Chapter from Slipknot! Bob Seger sure slipknotted...ha ha ! His new album Ride Out is quite good, he is here soon. His album is the same Seger formula, very good uptempo rock with a couple of ballads! ! The only knock from critics is that he does some covers and didn't write anything on Ride Out...still a very good album imho!

I am not going to his concert here($160 a ticket), although my Alberta brother said his concert was unforgettable!

It is good to see Billy Idol back, although I have not heard the album. The same applies to Neil Diamond, even though the title 'Melody Road' is a bit off-putting.

The Diamond album is covers

CRAZY-HORSE Wrote:The Diamond album is covers

Which means what? That it's really cubic zirconium instead of Diamonds? He''s always been known for a goodly amount of album lame-o's/clinkers--when you choose covers, at least you know the songs are solid even if the coverage is weak.

CRAZY-HORSE Wrote:The Diamond album is covers

You might be thinking of Bob Seger’s Ride Out, CRAZY-HORSE, which is covers and is quite underwhelming, IMHO. Neil Diamond’s album, on the other hand, is all new material, and bravo to him say I! He’s sounding great and he can still write a good song. I like this very much -
