Later she was part of a folk duo called Trader Horne, who released one album. She also worked briefly with Robert Fripp, before he formed King Crimson. After a long break from the music business, she came back with several solo albums, this being the first. None of them exactly set the world on fire, sales-wise. A few years ago she released the critically acclaimed album "Talking With Strangers", with the assistance of Tim Bowness (fans of modern progressive rock will recognise the name from the bands No-Man and Henry Fool). That and the following album, "Flow and Change" are both excellent, and not too dissimilar from what one might expect from a former singer with a folk band. "Enchanted Garden" is a very different beast. Production is handled by the astonishingly named Marc Swordfish, who also plays on the album. It is a very electronic album, the sound is very lush, the synthesisers wash over you behind her crystal-clear voice. If anyone else on MD has this album I will be suitably impressed, because it's out of print and it took me a LONG time to locate a copy that I could purchase without mortgaging my home. Her name, by the way, rhymes with "bible", not with "nibble".
