I am more interested in knowing why she is wearing one shoe and holding the other while on the toilet. Is this something people generally do? Does it help with balance or something? lol

Funny you mentioned her technique, Techman !!!! There is actually certain way to do it in a certified medical brochure I browsed at while waiting in the doctor's office ....lol
