CRAZY-HORSE Wrote:and heres a general clue for the remaining artists/bands in the list:
there is another artist in the list who also had multiple names prior to their fame.
That's not a great deal of help.

If you are giving clues, maybe you could give the nationalities? Or the years during which they were at their popularity peak?

"The Pioneers" sounds as though they should be an American band with country leanings, so I am going to guess and say it's The Eagles.

clues have been posted for the unsolved artists/bands on page four of the thread.

and Pioneers being Eagles is incorrect and so are the country leanings you also mentioned bob_32,
so that's another clue to that artist, or at least eliminates a particular genre of music.

I have to say Oasis on 'Ravens', but something tells me I'm wrong... Hope it's not you, CH

Could Blue boys be either Deep Purple or Status Quo?

Artist names and their changes: - CRAZY-HORSE - 08-12-2016

incorrect with Ravens' changing their name to Oasis, but yes, Oasis did suffer from a bad case of "sibling rivalry" to say the very least!

Blue Boys, being Deep Purple or Status Quo is also incorrect mate

"Ravens" must be The Kinks!

"Blue Boys" sounds like The Rolling Stones.

Is "Starfish" One Direction?

"Nerk Twins"; I assume there would be two of them. Peter and Gordon?

"Pioneers"; I can't think of too many vocalists who could replace Robert Plant. Would it be Queen?

Ravens = Kinks

Blue Boys = Rolling Stones

are both correct bob_32, well done,

as for the other guesses, incorrect mate...

i'll reveal the answers in the next 12hrs or so if no one gets them
