I can understand your confusion. Some sites seem to list Harbinger as the band, Dave Bixby as the artist, and Second Coming as the album title. Others list Dave Bixby as the artist, and Harbinger Second Coming as the album title. They also don't seem to agree on release dates.
The most reliable information I found was on iTunes which says Dave Bixby is the artist, and Harbinger Second Coming is the album. The release date was back in 2011 mate.
