jazz fusion taken another way - jazzboCR - 23-01-2015
The Classical Jazz Quartet isn't the first to have jazz players strap on Classical music (see Jacques Loussier, MJQ, Miles Davis and others) but they play at such a high level with such great charts and with such exuberance, they stand alone. A side project for the 4 so not a lot of output. Here's the AMG bio and discog (all are 4/4+-stars and the '06 Christmas album is the one to give a jazz lover, celebrant or not.): http://www.allmusic.com/artist/classical-jazz-quartet-mn0000075787/biography and http://www.allmusic.com/artist/classical-jazz-quartet-mn0000075787/discography
