Chuck Prophet has come up a lot lately - jazzboCR - 01-03-2015
In my research/writing lately, Chuck Prophet's name is all over the place, especially as a songwriter/co-writer. He's in "Alternative" 'cuz he done so many things with so many different people (see the Wiki). First came to prominence with the group Green on Red q.v. but he's far advanced now. His Website: http://www.chuckprophet.com/ and Wiki: http://www.chuckprophet.com/ What AMG thinks: http://www.allmusic.com/artist/chuck-prophet-mn0000125088/discography << My, aren't the stars out...
Some tunes (his albums): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lF_TEeS5psU << A promo vid from his newest; nicely done

His earlier albums are all worth your time and maybe money.
