how many here knew that the great[marvin gaye]sang in two vocal groups prior to his motown stardom? back before leaving d.c.he had a group called[the marquees]they didn't really do anything but the young lady who sang with him[barbara latisaw]had a daughter who had some success of her own in music,his second group was more famous[the moonglows]in which young marvin sang lead on the now classic[and hard to find]momma loochie,just a bit about[marvin].
