That's a very strong opinion you have there.
As far as I know "cheese" isnt a music genre. Ive also seen his album been jumping around the iTunes dance chart from 90, to 30, to 70, to 35.

Cheese may well not be an official genre, but lets not be ignorant here, its a globaly recognised style of music.
I used to listen to a lot of Trance, good trance, like Above and Beyond, Paul Van Dyk, Tiesto etc etc. And i stopped listening to it when people like Basshunter (dont get me wrong, there are plenty other artists that are guilty of it) tarnished the good name of it by churing out this rubbish.
