You need a new vocalist and you need some decent lyrics. Music's not bad but there are some timing issues here and there. The thing that needs to be improved on the most is the lyrics and the PHRASING of the words relative to the music. They just don't fit. In other words you're in need of songwriter that can make good lyrics flow with the music.
