NEW ALBUM: Ray LaMontagne "part of the light" - CRAZY-HORSE - 17-05-2018 RAY LaMONTAGNE  "part of the light" Spotify listen: sixth studio set.... ive only heard his previous one, I bought that also... last one had an almost alt rock sound to it, ala Neil Young in places... that one was produced by Jim James of My Morning Jacket.... not sure if this one is but the cover has a MMJ/JJ feel to it as does the alt folk music IMO.... hearing Jim James "regions of light and sound of God" all over this one... love the album on a first listen, will listen again later to see if I will purchase it or not! my favourite track: and the single: RE: NEW ALBUM: Ray LaMontagne "part of the light" - Ruby - 18-05-2018 ^Hmmm - I quite like the sound of those - have two of his albums - none recent.
