I would be interested to know what you think about being able to load individual SoundCloud tracks or YouTube music videos by voice from your mobile device. For example, if you used the spoken the phrase "Play Applause by Lady Gaga" to load her SoundCloud track. Would that be interesting or useful to you? What about loading playlists? Would that be more useful?

Welcome aboard MD, Trey! Interesting new technology! Will it become a reality soon?

The
site is currently up-and-running and free for anyone to use. It can take any spoken question or phrase and load a URL in response (i.e. voice bookmark). When you add a voice bookmark its only visible to you and your friends. So you can use whatever phrases you want to load whatever content you want and share with anyone you want.
In addition to private voice bookmarks, I am (slowly) adding public ones as well. These are accessible to anyone. So, for that reason, they will tend to be more
popular songs and artists. Here is a list of what's currently live:

Its a Google Spreadsheet editable by anyone so please feel free to add your suggestions! BTW - to load the document by voice command just say "show me the public voice bookmarks" using your mobile device or Google Chrome desktop browser.
What would be really
useful to music fans? SoundCloud tracks? YouTube videos? What about artists' Facebook and Twitter pages? Anything else?
