Bob Dylan (born Robert Allen Zimmerman, May 24, 1941 in Hibbing, Minnesota, USA) needs no introduction! The iconic singer songwriter has released 35 studio albums in a career that has spanned 54 years! He is a performer and writer of songs that are classified as rock, folk, blues, country and gospel! His songs have been recorded by a multitude of artists.

Here are some of my choices of his songs,,,I have left out many!

Jokerman has my favourite set of lyrics by anyone. Justin, Beyoncé, Gaga and Mylie and all the other useless clowns out there - this is how you write songs that last!

what!!!
we haven't put Dylan in yet?
hell yes from me

my favorite track from yours listed above is Just Like A Woman
this just melts me:

I just can't fit
Yes, I believe it's time for us to quit
When we meet again
Introduced as friends
Please don't let on that you knew me when
I was hungry and it was your world

and I'm not even gay

the whole "infidels" album is full of classy lyrics IMO...Man Of Peace,Licenced To Kill,Union Sundown,Jokerman and the brilliant ballad Sweetheart Like You.

i personably believe that when Bob dies that there will be a bigger outpouring of grief than Lennon/Presley and MJ put together and even if there is not he is still the most influential in popular culture from the 20th century IMHO.
