Spotify listen:
Tay-Tay's eighth.
announced last than a day prior to release.
recorded using simply piano/acoustic guitars during Covid isolation.
i should love this Easy Listening sound as she returns to the roots of her first couple of album.
could almist have been posted in folk/americana because it would fit there also.
maybe i need to revisit this again under the cans in solitude but to be honest it really doesnt do anything for me and im not sure why because it is a beautifully crafted album IMO.
two standout tracks for me, neither of which were released as the promo-single.
Invisible String:

best:
"BTO....Bachman,Turner,Overweight
They were big in the 70s....for five minutes,on a Saturday,after lunch..." - Me 2014.

was bored and wanted something soft in the background to listen to and this was it.
album is a grower,
simply gorgeous album,
wishing she would go back to this instead of the pop stuff but pop is where the big money is ( just ask Gaga!)
two standout tracks from previous listen are still the same for me,
this one now has a lyric video as opposed to just an audio track:
"BTO....Bachman,Turner,Overweight
They were big in the 70s....for five minutes,on a Saturday,after lunch..." - Me 2014.

all good songs
could have used a pick me up every few tracks
I actually think I prefer the poplore Taylor
not knocking the album
just don't put it very high in her rankings

Yup, a few uptempo chorus' would have really boosted the album.
