yes that is true about santana , although carlos based most of his sound on a Peter Green solo

Rolling Stones and U2 also...probably because all their songs sound the same or similar...thats not a bad thing though as U2 have their own unique sound, as do one of my favourites in CCR

U2 definately with those strumming guitar chords and thrumming bass lines lol
