Not a chance I’m saying anything negative about the lovely Mr Lightfoot who at 81, with just his acoustic guitar and his voice (unabetted), still has the power to cast a spell … largely.
This offering may not be liberally littered with quite as much magic as some of his past delights, but it’s unmistakably and pleasantly Lightfoot. And now I’m going to hunt through my totally disorganised collection and listen to whatever I can find there too.
