10 Track Mix
#1
I was wondering if anyone would be interested in sharing music and making 10 track mixes for everyone to listen to? They can be any genre or artist. You just simply include a music link and you can add tracklist and artwork if you want to. Then you can comment on a person's list after you listen and be like that Britney Spears track wasn't for me or kudos for including Tame Impala. Whatever you like, just know people's music taste are personal as well.

Here's mine (if anyone's interested):

ECLIPSE_BLISS' INDIE MUSIC SELECTION

This is the indie music I have been enjoying lately. I wanted to include well known artists such as Grizzly Bear, Band of Horses, and My Morning Jacket. But it was also important for me to include less known artist I enjoy such as Animal Kingdom, Longwave, and Film School. I hope you enjoy!

1. Animal Kingdom - Get Away With It
2. Barcelona - Slipping Away
3. Film School - Pitfalls
4. Longwave - I Don't Care
5. Rogue Wave - You
6. Ra Ra Riot - Suspended In Gaffa
7. Frightened Rabbit - The Modern Leper
8. Band of Horses - The Great Salt Lake
9. My Morning Jacket - Golden
10. Grizzly Bear - Southern Point

I make single track compilations with a "theme" in mind. The last one I did was American folk rock....Dylan, Byrds, Lucinda Williams, America, Stufan Stevens, Ben Folds, Richie Havens, Tracy Chapman, Rickie Lee Jones, The Best Coast, Dan Fogelberg, Seals & Croft, Grateful Dead, Melanie, and John Prine. I copied them off of CDs , converted to MP3. However I prefer albums over single tracks for the most part. As EvilB stated ..." I prefer the entire album, I like to hear the full book and not just a chapter," this is not the exact quote but I think I got most of it...great analogy Evil!

I was just making a "mix tape". I recently made a playlist to listen to when my friend was over and it was for some mood music, and I called it Funky Town, really no genre in mind.

I will listen to PennyLane's mix soon. Has anyone listened to mine yet, by chance? Thoughts?
