Is silent streaming on spotify legal?

I got some request for silent-streaming music on spotify, is it legal or does it break spotify rules?
Anyone that knows ? Could my account get suspended?

I didn't get if you are the artist or you are the one who is streaming the music? as the artist it could happen that Spotify detects your silent music and removes it. as the consumer who is streaming it I can't imagine you could get suspended

Here's an article about it. However, I'm not sure why you wouldn't just ask fans to stream your actual music on repeat instead. Not really sure why the tracks need to be silent. You could always mute the audio.
