They've been getting progressively less consistent over time, and now they've reached the point where they can't even manage a single outstanding track on an album. But they are old men (who don't seem to realise that) so it's to be expected.

The Prodigy is one of my favorite band. I love all their albums.

My favorite album is definitely Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned.

But it seems that it's not a favorite from what I read above.

The new Invaders must die is really good, I don't think they are getting old.

They always achieve great albums; they evolve/change like anything.

at the end of the day, its all gonna be down to personal taste. I personally think the new album is wikkid........predominantly blending old skool sounds with new......which i think works really well.
And to say that none of their new stuff wont be classics un the future - utter rubbish, 'Worlds on Fire' is a tonking track!!

I don't think they've moved on anywhere, they make the same music they did in the 90's, which at the time i loved!! Now, though i find it all a bit unimaginitive. Sure they've got their own sound, the problem lies in that they only have one sound - boring!!

This is just my personal opinion, a friend of mine was raving about the new album just the other night, so it's definitely reaching out to some people.
