I guess what meant was who is the best in terms of content versus form. Like, there are pretty stupid lyrics out there (obviously) but sometimes they're still well-crafted. Other times craftsmanship is there, and content is also way up there in quality (although I realize content quality is a subjective issue).

I've mentioned on this section of the forum before who I dig in the rap world, but I am always on the lookout for new artists, as I am really picky about the rap I like.
