JAMES BAY "chaos & the calm"
debut album from "critics choice" winner at the Brit Awards a few weeks ago...
this follows a line of very good male singer songwriers from the UK over the last few
years...the others?...Jake Bugg,Ed Sheeran and George Ezra...
this guy writes catchy intelligent songs...
mainly acoustic based but on occasion on this one he does sound a little like
the softer side of US band Kings Of Leon...
this is a tight collection of songs from a guy who has a big future ahead of him IMO...
he has already scored a huge hit across Europe and Australia with "hold back the river".
this album is now on my "to purchase" list!
