Dark Side of the Moon spent 741 weeks on the Billboard charts - consecutively! Just reading up about it while trying to find out some info on Richard Wright's unfinished project he was working on before he died. It also holds the record for the longest time ever spent on the Billboard charts in total - 1500 weeks - 28 years.

^ The first CD I bought! Great album except for the track Money, it really doesn't fit the album's overall feeling IMHO! Obviously Money was written for a single pop release. It Ain't Easy on Bowie's brilliant Ziggy Stardust album doesn't fit in either. Both albums however are on my desert island list!
