Spotify listen:
UK band
from Stockport, Manchester.
third album.
indi-pop/alt-pop (whatever that means??).
debuted at #1 on the UK albums chart this week and #2 in Scotland.
im hearing comparisons with 80s UK pop, namely Bananarama.
light, breezy, poppy, catchy tunes.
its almost sickly sweet but not enough to make me shy away.
good, safe, unbridled innocent pop without any crude disgusting language.
I would definitely buy this at a reduced sale price no qualms!
also,
album comes with a bonus disc of all tracks recorded acoustically which I admit I didn't listen to.
