Rihanna gave a great performance sunday night (February 20th) during half time at the Staples center. The home town hero Kobe Bryant may have got the crowed pumped at the All-Star Game but it took Rihanna, Drake and Kanye west to get the standing ovation. The recently turned 23 year-old opened the performance with her hit âUmbrellaâ along with a string ensemble then merged into a faster tempo with âOnly Girlâ and âRude Boyâ. Drake came out in the beginning of âWhatâs My Nameâ and then gave a flirtatious performance with Rihanna. Kanye West made a surprise appearance by arising from the stage floor as the brass played the introduction notes to the new hit single âAll Of The Lightsâ. The stage was well lit creating different flashing colors that created a futuristic theme.
