COMPLETED Site Maintenance

[techman]

Over the coming days, an update will be applied to forum software in the fight to prevent these automated bots which I think we can all say is causing annoyance. The site may be taken offline during this process. My apologies in advance.

The planned site improvements for the core of the site is complete.

These include:

• All new 'profile' page for each member.

• Improved site wide security, aiming at new registering members.

• Performance review. Site will load better than before.

Further minor developments include replacing smilies with better ones.

OK. So the smillies are now up to the standards of MD members. I hope. :blah::laugh:

The range includes over 200 new smillies.
