Finally. A new electronic album from the master. Jean Michel Jarre is releasing 'Oxygene 3' in December. Been waiting a lifetime for this.

this album...................no chart action

David's third solo album after disbanding Japan.....
I have two others, "secrets of the beehive" and "dead bees on a cake", love both of those...
this one is totally different from the alternative sounds on those two...
its what they call "art rock"/"experimental rock" and "ambient"...
there are two discs here, the first contains seven tracks and contains songs with vocals and the tracks
are generally acoustic in nature...
the second disc contains ten tracks and theyre all instrumentals and are electronic/ambient in nature, not my
thing, but might well be something Jerome would appreciate...
as youd expect, I hate all the tracks on the second disc but like the one on the first disc...
had I have bought this one first instead of third I would not have ventured any further with the music of David Sylvian...

I'm listening to Hammock - Departure Songs (album)

If I was stranded on a deserted island, I would want Hammock to be my music there. Ahh, yeah atmospheric soundscapes take me away.

Raising Your Voice...Trying To Stop An Echo is my main jam, but this album is solid too. I've listened to both albums today, heh.
