Ruby, you must listen to 'Nothing Like The Sun' - fantastic album. I am busy listening to Joni Mitchell's 'Turbulent Indigo' - not her most famous work but definitely my favourite of hers. Love this album.

Neil Young & Crazy Horse with the song 'Country Home' from their album 'Ragged Glory' . It's one of my absolute favorite songs by Neil Young & Crazy Horse!

ELTON JOHN "madman across the water" cd, 1971
revisiting this old classic...
Elton's sixth studio album...
cant believe this album only reached #41 in his homeland and the singles failed
to chart there also...stupid Brits!
although he made some very good albums without Bernie Taupin present I do believe
his best work was when they worked together...

Try his solo album 'Blues for Salvador' especially the track 'Bella' written for his daughter - fantastic piece of music.

worthy of having on cd in addiction to my vinyl copy

last one with the original lineup
only one more album before Alice is considered a solo act
love most of this
I Love The Dead sucked me in

Roger Hodgson -
In the Eye of the Storm followed by
Open the Door. He almost sounds a bit like Robert Plant does (now) on one particular song on ITEOTS which I can't find on YT - "Hooked on a Problem". Hadn't noticed that before. Maybe they should do a duet. :biggrin1:
"Lovers in the Wind" remains a beautiful song and a favourite ...
