PETE BARDENS - Water Colors (so hard not to put that u in!!)

I like what I know of his solo stuff although he doesn't seem to get a lot of love in many quarters. This and Seen One Earth are happy listening for me. Largely instrumental with a few vocal tracks. Today it's "Ghostwater" ... He was good at watery things - I'm reminded of how much I love this track of his from Moonmadness ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvxG6gOVBTQ

KITARŌ - Thinking of You

The album won a Grammy and it's easy to tell why. Yes, it's beautiful, harmonious music that is easy on the soul as well as the ear, but it's not inane or accidental - there's design behind what he does that makes it so much more than it might appear on the surface and anyway, I don't mind wallowing in pretty music from time to time!

Nothing wrong with the others, "He is Sailing" is great as well, but these two are particularly gorgeous ... I don't care much for the first half of 'Horizon'. Second half is superb. Very evocative.
And Deborah is much better in stereo - https://youtu.be/Id1dxBUqLNU - makes a big difference if you are listening on headphones!
