Listening to Mark Knopfler's 'Screenplaying'. Superb! Whenever I go travelling there are 3 albums that always go with in some form or other. WYWH by Floyd, 'Caravans' by Mike Batt, and 'Screenplaying' Never tire of hearing them.

By the way - does anyone here ever listen to Shawn Philips? - 'Second Contribution', 'Faces' and 'Transcendence' in particular. He used to live in Positano in Italy so I thought I would check it out on my travels - possibly the most beautiful place I have ever been in. Highly recommended.

Now there's a blast from the past.
Have an album called Furthermore that I thought was pretty good.

Don't have 'Futhermore'. Will have to get a copy and give it a whirl. Always thought he had the most powerful voice in the industry. A rare bird indeed. Actually he now lives in my old stomping ground - Cape Town SA. Small world....

And on a completely different tack - try Camel's 'Nude' album - a concept album about a Japanese soldier who ended up stranded on one of the many islands around Japan for 29 years, during and after WW2 - true story - one of my favourites by them. Apart from 'The Snow Goose' of course. (A musical interpretation of Paul Galico's novel about Dunkirk amongst other things)

Cant get enough of Trower's music at the mo.
Not the original singer but still a pretty awesome live performance.

Agreed, Dewar can't be beaten when it comes to this song but I think Davey Pattison is a good vocalist.
Your wish is granted:
