Tom Waits, Tori Amos, Jeff Buckley and Tom van Zandt have released live music without any accompaniment...just the artist alone on stage.
Please recommend some other solo artists who have released live recordings.

pretty sure you will like Neil Young's "dreaming man" live album, its just Neil and guitar or piano doing a live solo show for his "harvest moon" album.

It's a mixed up sensation this being alive
Oh! it wears a man down into the ground
It's the strangest elation
I can't describe it
Oh it leaves a man weary
It makes a man frown..............................Chris Simpson ( "Mixed Up Sensations" 1975 Martin's Cafe )
