Funny thing Crazy, it was recommended then given to me by a friend so I thought I'd review it. Not a great artist but worth a good listen.

SteveO Wrote:George said that Rubber Soul and Revolver could have easily been released as a double album ????!!!! i reads that somewhere also mate, they would have made a better double album than "white album" IMO as there are a few dud tracks on that one...White Album would have made a great single album IMO(guess that could be said of most double albums though!)

SteveO Wrote:Great listening Crazy ! I TRY to listen to something Beatle or something by a former Beatle every day !!!!,....lol LOL... until MH persuaded me to shuffle my cds for random selection i used to try to listen to either Elvis,NY or Beatle/former Beatle everyday also... much prefer the not knowing whats coming out next though, now. i used to find some cds would never get played unless i was in a mood for it and others would get constant rotation...but now, everyday is like Xmas LOL!

![]() CROSBY STILLS & NASH "crosby stills & nash" cd,1969. started to put this one in folk, then pop,but settled on classic rock...thats how many sounds/styles are on this one... debut set from CSN after the breakup of Hollies,Byrds and Buffalo Springfield....the result?...a supergroup IMO... would never have really got into these guys had it not been for my interest in all things Neil Young, sure i knew the songs(well hits) and liked them but never thought about exploring their catalogue, glad i did though as these guys are 'living legends' IMO. intelligent lyrics, beautiful harmonies, musicianship and vocals from all three guys on this debut set... I LIKE THIS ALBUM worst track: guinnevere best track: long time gone tracks: 1. suite: judy blue eyes *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iXQR6RiB9zc live 2. marrakesh express ** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzB5eRu6HOk live 3. guinnevere * 4. you dont have to cry ** 5. pre-road downs ** 6. wooden ships ** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O69L2mO9y-4 audio 7. lady of the island * 8. helplessly hoping *** 9. longtime gone *** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DUqplxIcNk audio 10.49 bye-byes *** 3s=4 2s=4 1s=2 rating: 2.2

Pink Floyd - More. A strange album but I just felt like something nostalgic today. Cirrus Minor is wonderful again after all these years. Really takes me back.

Now it's Jethro Tull - Crest of a Knave. The Mountain Men are indeed kings! Awesome album. Well that's what the neighbours tell me anyway..........
