another electronica album by the ex-Beatle...
im still not liking this one, but it is better than those stupid Fireman albums...
Brit-Pop group Super Furry Animals,Beatles, Youth(fireman) and Peter Blake(sgt peppers artist) are all credited on this one...
lots of looping beats, vocal samples,snipets of interviews on this one which is more upbeat that the Fireman stuff...some of Moby's material off his "play" album come to mind with this one...
the album is exactly what it states....its a collage of sound, pretty sure Lennon and Yoko would be proud of this one, as i stated previously, i dont like it much but it is better and more varied than Fireman albums, biggest problem i have with this is that the pieces of music are quite long, two over sixteen minutes, another twelve minutes, one eight minutes long and the final track, being the best here, is only three and a half minute long, it is that one i will supply a link to...

yes, i have a couple of Moby's albums SteveO, for what its worth i think he is very clever at what he does, "play" is a very,very good album IMO

Martin Gore and company's fourth album(i own the first four plus 'violator')...
these guys have released thirteen studio albums, all of which have made the UK top 10...a pretty impressive achievement IMO.
this albm is true to their electronic sounds...the lyrics are really concise also...
this is a typical Mode album in another way, they all rate about the same,ie:not much that is bad, mostly good tracks, but the great songs are few and far between for me to call these guys great songwriters...
all up a good album....
