"Industrial music is a style of
experimental music that draws on transgressive and provocative themes. The term was coined in the mid-1970s with the founding of
Industrial Records by the band
Throbbing Gristle, and the creation of the slogan "industrial music for industrial people". In general, the style is harsh and challenging.
Allmusic defines industrial as the "most abrasive and aggressive fusion of rock and electronic music"; "initially a blend of avant-garde electronics
experiments (tape music,
musique concrète, white noise, synthesizers, sequencers, etc.) and
punk provocation".[SUP]

Marilyn Manson is considered one of the forerunners of industrial rock/metal! In the spirit of MD, I am not posting a video! Most Marilyn Manson videos are of a graphic nature and may offend some members!.the lyrics are bad enough...lol

Then there is Laibach. Bizzare band in any setting - Here is their take on Get Back from their version of the Let It Be Album.

Wow,where did ya catch FLA ? I listened to their new album Echogenetic and it rocks!!!!,,,they have that classic hard edged industrial sound! May well be the best of its' genre,,,although some would say Rammstein!
