Vincent - Don McLean - still in love with this piece - even after all these years. Blows me away every time. Toni Child's 'Heaven's Gate' is a close second.

the first of two Dylan purchases from the xmas giftcards....
this is Dylan's 15th studio set...
most of the songs have a full band sound...
nothing on here i dont like, half of which i absolutely love!
i was surprised to find that "sara" was not issued as a single in the US,UK or even here, but its one of those non-single tracks that gets airplay here!
was surprised to find "hurricane" was a huge hit here compared to the rest of the world, strange indeed!
i would love to pick "hurricane" as my favourite track and on most occasions would be just that, but its pretty hard for me not to pick the lovely "sara" this time, also,
"one more cup of coffee" was also in the mix for favourite track on this album!

I have a 1993 re-release of the groups last 2 albums recorded in 68-69. Not sure how these compare to any of there other albums. Other than this
all I have is a hits compilation on vinyl. Only 1 big hit shows up on these 2 albums, This Magic Moment, which is a cover of the Drifters song
originally released in 1960. All the songs on both of these albums are covers and some are pretty bad. The albums just reach a passing grade and
I wouldn't recommend either one on their own. I do love Jay Blacks voice which shines the most for me on a hit not on here, Cara Mia. The group
was one of the first to be a regular on those Rock n Roll Revival tours that were popular in the 70's and that's where they ended up after these
albums.
