PHARRELL WILLIAMS "girl"
debut album from this R+B guy...
i had to hear the album as i do actually love the single
"happy" which incidently has spent almost ten weeks at #1
on our singles charts.
that song, the Happy one, is about as close as a modern artist
would get to be called 'classic r+b' sounding...
alas!, the rest of the album is full of those stupid modern
R+B styles...so that only leaves me with the only song
on the album to make me happy being "happy" and about
eight or nine other songs making me unhappy!

sorry, i forgot to mention that Justin Timberlake is a featured artist on one track, theres also one other track with a featurd artist but i cant recall exactly who it is?!

some of these rappers/r&bers. over half of the album features somebody else

I totally disagree with CH
I don't love the album, but I definitely like it
maybe enough to even make the list
love Hunter, Marilyn Monroe, and close to that for Lost Queen (first half)
disliked maybe 1 track
this is not current r&b at all
more pop to me

maybe i got it wrong????
i'll go back and listen to it again like i did with Bowie's "the next day" album which eventually did buy and do like a lot!
