i was never a fan of Jethro Tull's until a couple of years ago jazzbo...
couldnt stand them at all, then Jerome thought and recommended "heavy horses" and "songs from the wood" to me...
i bought them, listened to them and loved both of them inmmdeiately...
so in two years ive now purchased four more JT albums and the Ian Anderson "thick as a brick II"...
of the seven i own now...the original "thick as a brick" is probably my least favourite..and that is the "classic they were known for???!
i guess what im trying to say jazzbo is...
never say you are not a fan of any artist, its better to come in after the fact than not at all...
Peter Gabriel was another one i couldnt stand upto six months ago, then i saw a clip of him on "later with jools"..loved the track, discovered which album it came off(courtesy of Jerome once again),bought it and he also reco'd another album i should probably listen to at some point...i bought that one too!
