Thx for the info SteveO - a very welcome birthday present! Bet no-one saw this coming. Been reading a bit about it - going to be a mix of vocal and instrumental tracks. Floyd always released quality work from the Meddle album onwards so I expect the same this time around. Personally I think The Division Bell was a fitting exit for a very successful band, but I welcome any new material with open arms. And Rick Wright features on it because the material was recorded during the sessions for TDB. And they have the VERY capable Andy Jackson behind the mixing desk again. Waters is also releasing an album this year - a mini concept album based on a radio play I believe. See MAG2NYC - I told you so! I will be buying both albums regardless of the material. My collection would be incomplete without them.

As for suing - it won't happen. They buried the hammers a long time ago.

i saw the UK charts yesterday....The Division Bell has made a re-entry into the UK top50....WTF????
why, of all their albums would that one make a return when most real fans of PF dislike that album with a passion(im not a big fan, but i think the album is amazing stuff)
i agree with you Jerome...Division Bell was a fitting final point for them!
