Even knowing the answer, I still don't get the clue

'Oh by the way, which one's Pink' - is a line from the track 'Have a Cigar' from the album 'Wish You Were Here'. It is also the title of a compilation set they released. The line came about as a result of the fact that music executives thought Pink Floyd was a solo act instead of a band. They were making millions from the band's album sales and they did not even know who they were.

Two tracks from 'Wish You Were Here' deal with the attitude of the music industry as seen through Roger Water's eyes - Have a Cigar & Welcome to the Machine. Both are very critical of the industry.
