i gladly want to know a synthesized instrument in the pokemon ruby/sapphire/emerald route 113 music.

i am talking about the metallic instrument what you can clearly hear at the seconds 0:22-0:32.
can someone who has knowledge of synthesized instruments please tell me what instrument this is?
i think its a vibraphone but i am not sure, so i want to be sure about it.
