sixth album rom these Irish alt-rockers....
I only own one other by them, Eyes Open,
I like that one more than this one....
this one stars off well, some decent alt rock tunes, then tails off into a lot of ballads, too many or my liking overall...
album sounds more sterile and formula driven than Eyes Open,
but its still a good album...
im surprised the opening track, which is my favourite, wasn't issued as a single...it should have been...
all up, still a reasonably good album even if fourteen tracks is a bit too long.
especially when the instrumental and the one where they basically hum along with the tune were filler!
I should invest in their other albums because when these guys are good, theyre very, very good.
