vocalist for Welsh alt rock band Stereophonics...
love those guys and their sound...
bought this one in a discount bin for a couple of bucks on the strength of Stereophonics albums....
mainly acoustic material....
songs were simply recorded by Jones inbetween takes for songs off Stereophonics sixth album
when he was bored...
was never intended as a release just some time wasting in the studio....
so, he eventually recorded these ten tracks and decided he would release them for his benefit...
damn shame he did really because this, or the most part is pretty bland and boring and should have remained
a personal project and not a commercial release IMO...
all tracks have titles that are female names so it could be a concept album of sorts??
all up though, hal the tracks make the passing grade, most of those at a pinch, the rest..booorrrrinnnnggggg!
