Australian music charts for week ending 26th November 2016:

For the seven straight week, British singer-songwriter James Arthur is at the top of the ARIA Singles Chart with ‘Say You Won’t Let Go’. Arthur was a presenter at Wednesday night’s ARIA Awards.
A jump of 12 spots for ‘Rockabye’ in its third week in the chart has drawn it level with ‘Rather Be’ (#2 Mar. ’14) as Clean Bandit’s highest peak on the ARIA Charts.
In its third week in the top 50, Rae Sremmurd’s ‘Black Beatles’ has moved up a further two spots to sit at #3. The track is currently #1 in the US.
With Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic debuting at #3 on the ARIA Albums Chart this week, the title track has moved to a new peak of #5.
The Veronicas’ ‘On My Side’ has jumped 20 spots in its third week in the top 50. It’s now at #19.
There’s also new peaks for Illy’s ‘Catch 22’ (#11), Drake’s ‘Fake Love’ (#18), Alessia Cara’s ‘Scars To Your Beautiful’ (#28), Zara Larsson’s ‘I Would Like’ (#33), Jonas Blue’s ‘By Your Side’ (#39) and Rag'N'Bone Man’s ‘Human’ (#42).
Debuts:
#26: Isaiah ‘It’s Gotta Be You’ – The debut single from 2016 X Factor winner Isaiah Firebrace. The 17 year old from Moama took out the eighth season of the show after being mentored by pop star Adam Lambert.
#36: Robbie Williams ‘Love My Life’ – Veteran British pop star Robbie Williams returns to the ARIA top 50 for the first time since 2009 with ‘Love My Life’. The single comes from Williams’ eleventh album The Heavy Entertainment Show (#4 Nov. ’16). He last charted with ‘You Know Me’ (#33 Dec. ’09).
#41: The Weeknd Feat. Daft Punk ‘I Feel It Coming’ – Ahead of Starboy’s likely debut on the Albums Chart next week, The Weeknd has scored a second Singles Chart entry with a track from the album. Like ‘Starboy’ (#2 Oct. ’16), ‘I Feel It Coming’ is also a collaboration with robotic French duo Daft Punk.
#49: Mura Masa Feat. A$ap Rocky ‘Love$ick’ – British electronic producer Mura Masa makes his ARIA Singles Chart debut with ‘Love$ick’. The track, which features rapper A$AP Rocky, has already charted in the UK.

American metal veterans Metallica have notched up their sixth #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart with tenth album Hardwired…To Self-Destruct (see below).
With more shows being announced for her debut national tour, Adele has moved up nine spots to #8 with 25. Her previous album 21 has re-entered at #27.
ARIA Hall Of Fame inductees Crowded House have jumped 34 spots to #14 with The Very Very Best Of Crowded House.
After taking out the 2016 Album Of The Year ARIA Award, Flume’s Skin re-enters the top 50 for a 16th week at #19. The former #1 took our four categories on the night, while Flume won eight categories in total this year.
Debuts:
#1: Metallica ‘Hardwired…To Self-Destruct’ – Returning with their first studio album in eight years, Metallica scored their sixth #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart. It’s the American metal band’s tenth album and the follow-up to Death Magnetic (#1 Sept. ’08). In between studio albums, the band charted with the EPs Six Feet Down Under (#12 Oct. ’10), Six Feet Down Under Pt. 2 (#13 Nov. ’10) and Beyond Magnetic (#19 Feb. ’12), the soundtrack album Metallica: Through The Never (#16 Sept. ’13) and the collaboration with Lou Reed, Lulu (#33 Nov. ’11).
#2: Little Mix ‘Glory Days’ – Album four from Little Mix gives the British girl group a second consecutive #2 debut and four consecutive top ten. The follow-up to Get Weird (#2 Nov. ’15) includes the single ‘Shout Out To My Ex’ (#4 Oct. ’16) and a collaboration with Charlie Puth on the track ‘Oops’.
#3: Bruno Mars ‘24K Magic’ – With his first album in four years, Bruno Mars continues his run of top threes on the ARIA Albums Chart that began with Doo-Wops & Hooligans (#2 Jan. ’11) and Unorthodox Jukebox (#1 Jan. ’13). 24K Magic’s title track has scored a new peak at #5 on this week’s Singles Chart.
#4: Kerser ‘Tradition’ – Kerser scores a new Albums Chart peak with Tradition. The Campbelltown rapper’s sixth album overtakes S.C.O.T (#5 Nov. ’13) and Next Step (#5 Nov. ’15) as his highest peak.
#23: Sixx:A.M. ’Prayers For The Blessed’ – The fifth album from American hard rockers Sixx:A.M. and second for 2016. Prayers For The Blessed is the follow-up to Prayers For The Damned (#9 May ’16) and completes the Prayers For The Damned/Blessed double album.
#26: Miranda Lambert ‘The Weight Of These Wings’ – American country star Miranda Lambert picks up her second appearance in the ARIA top 50 with The Weight Of These Wings. Lambert’s sixth studio album is a double album and comes two years on from Platinum (#8 Jun. ’14).
#32: DNCE ‘DNCE’ – The debut album from American band DNCE. The self-titled release features the singles ‘Cake By The Ocean’ (#6 Jun. ’16) and ‘Toothbrush’ (#33 Sept. ’16).
#35: Soundtrack ‘Trolls’ – The soundtrack to the new animated film Trolls. It was produced by Justin Timberlake, who lends his voice to the film and also performs several of the tracks, including ‘Can't Stop The Feeling!’ (#3 May ’16). Others to feature include Zooey Deschanel, James Corden, Anna Kendrick and Gwen Stefani.
#43: Disturbed ‘Live At Red Rocks’ – Disturbed score their eighth entry in the ARIA top 50 with their second live album, Live At Red Rocks. Recorded at the famed Colorado venue during the tour for Immortalized (#1 Aug. ’15), the album features the former singles ‘Inside The Fire’ (#43 Jun. ’08) and ‘The Sound Of Silence’ (#4 Apr. ’16).
