Yea, I thought that "most listened to" title was kinda lame too.

How do they know people are actually listening?

Of course they use that for tv too. "Most Watched"

Ah, you hit on something. This is a Neilsen survey-fed chart. When they do television they depend on user-submitted surveys of television watching habits. I know, I participated once. That must be where they get the "most listened to" rankings from.
