BILLY BRAGG & WILCO "Mermaid Avenue"
British political folky Bragg was commissioned by Guthrie's daughter to put music
to a collection of her father's poetry, Bragg pulled in fellow Guthrie fan Jeff Tweedy
to assist with his band Wilco.
Dylan was originally asked to 'do the deed' but was initially too busy to proceed.
