Alonza Bevan was born on this day in 1970 in Middlesex, England. Best known as the bassist and backing vocalist for Kula Shaker, as well as production and engineering duties â heâs also played with Jonny Marr and his The Healers, and mostly recently formed a band named Tumblewild with his wife.
This is from Kula Shakerâs very fab album, Pilgrims Progress, "When a Brave Meets a Maid" an instrumental with a nod to spaghetti western sound (which usually gets my approval), followed by "Winter's Call" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TBCYWX--wds,
... and "Peter Pan RIP" ⦠all music composed by Alonza Bevan and Crispin Mills
