JIMMY BARNES ""hits anthology" cd, 1996
a revisit...
Aussie rocker...
a nineteen track compilation of hits from his solo career (84-96)...
blues rock, pub rock, ballads, soul/r+b and soft rock...
three duets:
one with INXS (good times), an old Easybeats cover...
the second with John Farnham (when something is wrong with my baby), an ald Sam & Dave tune...
and finally with Tina Turner (simply the best), a cover of the Bonnie Tyler song, also a hit for Ms.Turner...
the rest are originals except "the weight", a cover of The Band's classic 1968 tune...
an excellent collection of rock tunes by Mr.Barnes.
I LOVE THIS ALBUM
