MOODY BLUES "long distance voyager" cd/vinyl 1981
a revisit...
i lost my vinyl many moons ago but managed to get a copy for a couple of bucks at a market on sunday so was nice to give it a whirl...
this was my first album of theirs back in the day as an early teenager and it remains my fave of theirs to this day,
obviously i knew and loved "nights in white satin" and their debut single "go now" (with Denny Laine on vocals) but this was my first LP.
a masterpiece of songwriting skills IMO and the cover art is just as good with its gatefold sleeve...
