Al Greenwood was born on this day in 1951 in New York City. He was a founding member of Foreigner â keyboardist for them, as well as writing some of their songs â he was with them for their first three releases. Nowadays, apart from songwriting at which he seems to have been fairly prolific, heâs in music design and production and has made some successful forays into composition for various forms of media.
